announcing acorn client access

Hey there...  you already knew that we maintain an archive of everything we've shot for you, right?

Well now you can access any Acorn Photo final files sent to you over the past 15 months online at any time. You can also see and download preview images from your most recent shoots. All without having to wait for us to resend gallery links. Yippee.

usernames and passwords

We organise our delivery galleries by end user. Each one has a client code and password. To access your images you'll need both the code and password.

According to our records your client code is not available in this email because you represent several end users, give us a tinkle and we'll sort you out.

Access your client page by going to http://acorn.com.au and clicking on "client access", enter your company code and dive in. You'll be prompted for the password.

If you've misplaced that pesky password we're more than happy to help, just drop us a line at mail@acorn.com.au or give us a bell at the office (08 93881999)

getting in the groove with zenfolio

Behind the scenes our image deliveries are managed by Zenfolio. 

Zenfolio is an online storage and delivery service for photographs. It has it's competitors. We looked at them all, we tested the services on living clients. No kidding. And we were merciless. Zenfolio is where it's at.

Acorn loves electronic delivery. Aside from keeping innocent CDs and DVDs out of landfill (and couriers out of a job), it's just plain faster - you can be downloading finished files from our site within minutes of us completing work on them.

Zenfolio offers a ton of stuff beyond fast delivery. Storing final files in the cloud means there's an extra level of backup protection for important images. Another feature of Zenfoio overlooked by many clients is the opportunity to re-distribute images (to your printer/designer/gallery etc) without having to download them and, um, burn them to a disc, call a courier etc.
